BFM alumnus and lecturer Matis Rei won prestigious Hollywood award

The Motion Picture Sound Editors’ 63rd Golden Reel Awards were given out last Saturday. BFM`s alumni and lecturer Mati Rei won the Verna Fields Award in Sound Editing for Student Filmmakers for his work on the film  "Fulfilament".  Golden Reel Awards were presented in 24 categories encompassing feature films, long-form and short-form television, animation, documentaries and other media.  "Bridge of Spies", "Mad Max", "The Revenant" and "Star Wars''  all won Motion Picture Sound Editors awards.
