Do you want to be a future leader in climate innovation? Apply to the Climate Leadership Journey 2022!

The EIT Climate-KIC Climate Leadership Journey is an extracurricular challenge-based programme that prepares master students, post-graduates, and young professionals to lead the transformation that society needs.

The programme runs on yearly cycles from April to December and empowers future professionals to become a force in creating a net-zero and climate-resilient world by developing future-oriented skills and capabilities in participants.

The programme supports participants in their professional and personal growth through expert workshops, peer-to-peer learning activities, networking events, coaching sessions, and two-week residential summer schools. 

This year the Climate Leadership Journey is delivered by a team of host organisations spread across Europe and it consists of three different dimensions:

1. Inspiration – Starting with a  Kick-off event, Sparks! provoking lectures and Digital Community Summit/Graduation Ceremony
2. Experiential Learning – a two-week summer school which includes a group project based on a local challenge, followed by an individual impact project 
3. Personal Development – Monthly interdisciplinary group coaching sessions, supported by individual coaching sessions and the so called, “Leadership Log”, a participant manual for their personal development
